How do I increase speed store with Speedmize App.

Hello, shopify community my website score is low and was looking to see if anyone can help to get my website score between 78-90. O have downloaded the speedmize app from Shopify but I don’t know how you use it. 

any help??

Hey @Rosalynmitchell 

It's great to see that you are taking some proactive steps in order to improve your speed score. In regard to third-party apps  -  our scope is limited as we do not have access to them, but I am happy to offer some insight and suggestions in order to help you improve your speed score. While speed scores do give us an information on the store's speed, unless you can see major delays when navigating your store, I wouldn't be too concerned about it. I did check out the app Speedimize and was able to find you some general FAQS here that you may find helpful. If you need some extra support with using the app, you best bet is to reach out to the developers themselves right here at this link. That being said, there are some tips I can share with you without having to use an app if you wanted to know more.

• If there are any apps you are currently not using, you can remove those as they can slow down your store.
• Oversized images that take too long to load can make visitors think the site is slow.
• Editing  and customizing the themes code can lead to website speed performance issues.
