Hi @Brit91

Congrats on launching your Shopify store! If you can share your website address then we can check it for you.

To ensure that people can see it, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Your Store: Open a web browser and type in your store’s URL. If you can see your store as a regular visitor, that’s a good sign.

  2. Check Browser Visibility: Ensure you’re not in “Maintenance Mode” or using any settings that restrict visibility. You can check this in your Shopify admin under Online Store > Preferences.

  3. Check on Different Devices/Browsers: Test your store on different devices and browsers to make sure it looks good everywhere. Clear your browser’s cache or check your store in an incognito window (Chrome Incognito).

  4. SEO & Indexing: Ensure that your store is not set to “NoIndex” in your SEO settings. This setting prevents search engines from indexing your site, which can make it less visible. You can use the site search example "site:domain.com" (replace domain.com with your actual website name) in Google to check if your website is being indexed.
  5. Ask Others: Have friends or colleagues visit your store to confirm they can access it.
  6. Use Online Tools: Services like Down For Everyone Or Just Me can help you check if your site is accessible from different locations.

I hope this helps check the visibility of your site.
Have a nice day!
