How do I know if this website is legit f76009-ca.myshopify.com/?

I purchased a product from this site  f76009-ca.myshopify.com, entering my card details, and a few hours later, around 10 pm when I was at the cinema, they charged additional expenses that I did not authorize. Now, I don't know if I will ever receive the product I bought or if I will get back the money they took without my authorization.

How can I get my money back in addition to having already opened a dispute with the company that provides me with the card I paid with?

Why does Shopify allow scammers to operate with their logo and on their platform?

Why did you purchase from a store without any legitimate information? If you suspect this site is a scam, please contact your bank and open a dispute to get your money back.

Of course at the beginning the website didn't look a Scam.... I realize it only when they started to charge me few hours later for things that I did not purchase.
