How do I move the footer menu to beside the email form in Dawn theme!?

What is the easiest way to make the footer menu side by side with the email form? My footer is currently the blue and would like the layout to be like the green. Thank you! been struggling for days

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:
