How do I permanently delete an unused business account?

Hi,

This Shopify Account is no longer needed, as I no longer work for this business. I would like to completely delete this account and all data associated with it. I can however not find any way to do so myself, and older community posts suggest contacting support, which your silly chatbot does not allow me to because I have no active store. How should I proceed?
