I have placed my E-Bike order yesterday with a store Cleverbike.co.uk
Today evening i recived merchant message on Ebay that his store has been banned by Shopify for some reasons and he will not proceed with my order. I did not received any order cancellation email from merchant. My question is that of merchant will not proceed with my order so after how many days my order will cancel automatically and i get my money back? and i don't have my order URL because his store has been baned and i cant reach to his store. Merchant told me that he will provide me my CASE NUMBER soon. So in this situation what should i do to get my money back. I have my order screen shot which i am going to attach.
now when i open my order detail so its come like this way
something went wrong is written over their. So you are requested to solve my matter to get my money back. Thank you.

You can reach out to Shopify support at https://help.shopify.com/en/support/support-type and explain your situation. If the store owner was using Shop pay as the payment processor, then Shopify will place a chargeback on his payout so that you get the money back.

Sorry for reaching at you again and again. But i can not reach to your customer support. But the merchant gave me the case ID and he asked me to share with you. So please tell me if there is any use of this case id.
