Sometimes we have customers who place orders with a question regarding the specifics needed to receive their freight shipment, and I have been looking for a way for us to respond directly to their order notification with this additional information. Preferably, I'd like to do this through my email, since it is much easier to centralize all my correspondence through the one platform and create a thread of communication, rather than having to reach out with a new email that may be filtered into junk mail.
