Ordered boxing music box from home lookout through app to find parcel was a elastic band I have no way of reporting it because shop app is asking for URL and I don’t have it shop is unavailable link broken what do I do ?!!

I understand that you are trying to receive some support for an online purchase you made because you didn't receive the item you ordered. That's never a great situation to be in, I am truly sorry you are having to deal with this.
I also understand that you tried to submit a report through our online form but were unable to as the online store is no longer available. In this situation we strongly suggest contacting your bank or credit card provider to help you in getting a refund for this order. Opening a claim with your bank will also flag the merchant account for a review by their payment gateway and website host.
Shopify is a software company, we provide the tooling for merchants to host and manage their own online stores, but we are not able to action refunds, returns, or exchanges on a merchants behalf.

Hello Shay,
I have the same problem, reported a week ago, created a post here — https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/scam-and-measures/td-p/2402432 — and still nothing, I didn't get any reply.
It seems like Shopify ignores such problems, could you at least send any feedback?
BTW this scam shop still works and you just don't care about it.
Could you do at least something? Or should I escalate my case (and all the similar ones) publicly? Are your investors aware that Shopify is completely unable to solve user problems? This could be such exciting news for them!
