How do I resolve the Symmetry theme update issue in Shopify?

I'm reposting as the last response to my previous thread was unhelpful, the respondent did not read the question properly, and I'm not receiving any new responses.

I'm experiencing an issue with updating the Symmetry theme within Shopify- Shopify's theme section [under online] incorrectly indicates an older version is the latest version. I have chatted to the theme developers and they are positive this is a Shopify Problem. The unpublished site is version 6.0.0, I would like to update it to 6.0.3. When I select the drop-down, it indicates:

I have been able to add 6.0.3 within the theme listing page but it appears as a new theme and has not affected the edited version incorrectly indicating it is the latest version. I haven't made any coding changes. Please help.

I have tried clearing the cache and cookies. In both chrome and safari. Sadly it's made no difference. I have reached out to Shopify, and they last responded three weeks ago. I am trying this public thread in the hopes someone can help, as Shopify is sadly not responding at all to direct support messages from me.

I'm having this same issue with the Symmetry theme. Did anyone ever end up helping you resolve it?
