How do I set up South African payment gateways on the Dawn app?

I am struggling with setting up my payments on the Dawn app.  My shopify store is based in South Africa and as a result, third party payment providers have been selected.  I have installed and activated both payflex and pay stack.  I cannot use PayPal as my bank card has no cheque facilities does not show a 9 digit number to link accounts. 

When I try test my payments, I keep getting a user message stating that my debit cards (2 of them) cannot be verified, but they are used for online purchases daily and one is even used to pay for my shopify store.  I cannot launch without card facilities working.  Please help.
