I'm trying to open a support ticket or talk to an actual agent but even the virtual assistant isn't working.

Is Shopify support just down or is something going on with their support?

In the virtual agent chat, just type “agent” and it should connect to a human.

Hi @BrainStation23 I did and it doesn't work.

I also tried incognito and also another browser and it still doesn't work and I'm assuming it's on their side because I'm getting a 500 error from them
