How do I track inventory on an item that is made up of multiple other items?

Let’s say I have products A, B and C and I track inventory on all of them.  Now I have set up product Z which is a bundle of products A, B and C.  Is there a way to track inventory on product Z?  How do I deal with this?  Right now, every time I sell product Z, I just manually have to decrease the inventory of A, B and C but that’s getting tedious!!

Any help would be appreciated!

We developed our own bundling solution for clients with the same issue. Basically you create bundles as a normal single product and set up the components it consists of in the backend. When an order comes in for one of these bundled products we actually split the order lines up to the components so your inventory is then maintained correctly and you don't need for inventory management.
