After trying to transfer payments, I got this message: "We temporarily locked your account and cards as part of a security check."
Help / shopify is no help at all. And I have no idea how to fix.
What should I do, to unlock this account?

A temporary lock like this is usually triggered by Shopify's fraud prevention system. The best way to unlock your account is to contact Shopify Support directly through the Help Center 🙂 But as you said, they no help at all so you can try reaching out via Twitter/X (@ShopifySupport) for faster escalation.
If this is related to Shopify Payments, you might need to verify your identity or business details before they unlock it
