How do I update the coding to change the wording in the customer notifications emails?

Hi, I would like to change the wording in the body of the emails on the notifications > customer notifications.  It only comes up with an option of 'Edit Coding' and I have spoken with the Help Centre and they said to come on here to ask for help as they cannot assist with coding.  Can anyone help me please? Thanks!
