How do I use the app uninstall webhook in a Django app for Shopify?

I have a Django app for Shopify which is currently in testing. I want to ask what to do when a user uninstall our app. We want to remove the shop info from our database. I saw a Shop data erasure endpoint in Shopify app setup. So can anyone mention how to use this Webhook in detail.
