How do you add birthday and mobile number field in Stilleto theme?

We are currently using the Stilleto theme on Shopify and we can't seem to find a solution to adding a birthday and mobile number field for the register page. If you can help, that would be fantastic.

Thank you for your response. No sorry that is not what I'm after. What I would like to have is a birthday field and mobile number field on the register customer page. Please see the image below as reference. It would be helpful if each field is required.

I don't think this solves my problem. This code only adds a birthday label not a birthday field where customers can add in their birthday and mobile number which are required.

I believe to get the 'required' attribute working in your form code, you would need to make sure to remove the novalidate: 'novalidate'  attribute from the Liquid form:

Alternatively, if you or anyone else looking for this solution want to make a custom registration form without having to code it yourself, or a form where the data gets stored directly into Shopify's standard fields and metafields instead of just into the customer note, you could check out an app such as Helium Customer Fields.
