How do you fix a restricted Facebook account without launching ads?

How do you guys fix restricted accounts? I haven't even launched one single ad and I've been restricted. Any tips? Any help? I'm soo soo tired, I've been trying to do this for 2 weeks already..

The same thing just happened to me. As soon as I connected my Shopify store I got restricted. Did you find a solution?

My account Name Is : Abdurrahmaan Nusayer. It's been three weeks since you got banned on this Facebook ID.. I can't get the ID back after appeal and request. I want my ID again, I apologize if I broke any of your rules and I won't do it again in the future.

We reviewed your business account Shopify Business Manager and determined that it does not comply with our terms, including our commerce eligibility requirements. Because of this, your business account is restricted from advertising and selling. You can't create new shops or sell from existing shops, and your ads are not running.

You can visit Account Quality on a computer to request a review if you believe that your business account shouldn't be restricted.

I was able to fix this error by downloading the Meta Ads app. I then logged in with my Facebook account that I wanted to use. It told me I was restricted and needed to confirm my identity. Had to upload a picture of myself to verify my identity. It was resolved in 5-10 minutes. I was then able to link it in shopify and begin to use it. Hope that helps!

If you're not sure what type of IDs Facebook can use to confirm your identity, please review our list of acceptable types of ID. After you send a copy of your ID to Facebook, it will be encrypted and securely stored. Facebook keeps adding restriction to my account I never violated the rules they should stop.
