Re-engaging inactive customers has been a big focus in my business :). Here’s what’s worked for me:
1. Personalized Emails: I send “We Miss You” emails offering discounts or exclusive deals to try and get inactive customers back.
2. Push Notifications: I also started using UnblockedBrands to send real-time push notifications directly to their phones, reminding them of special offers or new product launches. It’s been a game-changer for re-engaging customers who weren’t responding to emails.
3. Exclusive Offers: Offering something they can’t get elsewhere, like early access to a sale or product, helped drive re-engagement for me.
Combining these methods has brought a lot of inactive customers back to my store.
