How I add sub collections?

I don t understand how to add sub collections,  I pretty much do anything but they still don t appear.

So femei is a menu item, u der femei topuri is a collection, to make a sub collection under u der topuri you need to add an element under that and slide it under that more towards the right. 

I am pretty sure you get the point since you have already set up a few collections. Sometimes it's just some glitch and stuff for which it might not take effect. May be clear cache and try or may be just try after some time.
