How long does a DMCA takedown counter-notice take to resolve?

Hello, 3 days ago we got hit by a fake DMCA Takedown notice.

Does anyone knows how long is it going to take to renable acceess to the admin after countering it ?

We might get in serious trouble since we can not fulfill orders and this may have a negative impact on our relationship with payement processors (Stripe, Paypal)

In addition, I have sent several emails to the legal Shopify's team and they are not even replying.
