How long does it take for a response after removing branded items?

Hi all,

We received notification that we were selling "branded or trademarked products" items on our web site. We removed the items but Shopify disabled our web site anyway. It's been 10 days now, I have been writing to them daily but getting no response.  It's beyond frustrating at this point! We did what they asked, when they asked, and we were still shut down. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how long does it take to get resolved?

Same problem. I've been researching my market for the last 2-3 months, finally found my products and took 2 weeks off to build out the demo store. Shortly after signing up Shopify suspended the account without notifying me. A few days later I received an email asking for more information so I provided them with copy's of my LLC formation certification, articles of incorporation, operating agreement, passport, bank statements and everything they could need. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word from them.

I love the Shopify themes but I'm seriously considering moving over to a different platform now. There's just no customer service here and it's been a complete waste of my time.
