My account was closed down randomly. After I contacted Shopify support, they said I needed to provide documents within 48 hours, or my account would be closed. I sent the documents within 27/48 hours of receiving the email. Now my account has been closed, and I haven't received a reply from Shopify support. This has resulted in a loss of $17,500 plus ongoing losses each day. its been 14 days and no reply yet.

Shopify should have sent you an email as to what was the reason your store was closed. As you said that you have provided documents for them to validate and complete their investigation. Please stay in touch with the Shopify support team and ask for an update or any other details required.
Also, go through Shopify terms and conditions if there were any violations or breaches and keep contacting them and you should find an update from them.
