How long does it take for Shopify to review an account?

My account was active and Shopify terminated it November 10, 2024 after I set up shop payments.  I submitted the additional documents requested including my business documentation and legal business documents along with tax returns within an hour of them terminating my account.  I have reached out two times and was told it would be soon.  I have free trial apps and a lower intro cost for Shopify for a month or so and all of that time is quickly passing, so I won't be able to take advantage of the trials to test them out before paying full price.  I am very confused as my business is legitimate and I had not listed anything for sale when my account was terminated.  It is frustrating when everything is legitimate, but I still can't move forward with using Shopify as I have done in the past.  I have another active Shopify account, so this is even more confusing that I cannot proceed or get the review completed on this shop. Does anyone know what is going on or what I can do other than continuing to reach out through chat?  It doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere.  I thought it would be better to use Shopify vs. Etsy and that I would have more freedom, but now I'm just not so sure.  Thank you for any assistance.

The review process for your Shopify account typically takes 3-7 business days. However, it may take longer if additional information is required. Once you submit your documents, you will receive a notification that the review is in progress. You can check the status of your application by navigating to the Capital page in your Shopify admin.

Hello BrainStation23,

Thank you for responding.  When I try to go to the admin page I get a message that I do not have permission to view this page.  I received a message on November 10th (same day terminated) saying documents received and the account was being reviewed.  Do you have any other thoughts that may help me?  Thank you.
