How long do I have to wait for them to get back to me about changing my Legal name and DOB I've been waiting a week now.

If you have reached out about this already and you were advised that the ticket has been sent to our accounts team, it is likely just a case of waiting while our team reviews your information and makes the requested changes. I know it can be frustrating waiting for this process to conclude but we will be back in touch over email as soon as there is an update to share.
If you have still not heard back by next week, you can contact our support team and ask them to verify that the ticket is open and with the correct team. The likelihood is that it is but you are welcome to reach out and check.

@Jayveon Stay far away from Shopify! The company is a complete scam. Here is what they will do: They will let you use the platform until you start making a good amount of sales, as soon as this happens, they will block your Shopify payments account, hold your funds and provide no further information.
They blocked our shopify payments account a month ago for no reason: no refunds, no chargebacks, etc... We have been in business for over 5 years!
Some orders are marked by them as "paid out", but nothing has been received. There is a 10.000 USD order that shows as paid out on the order page, yet nothing was received from Shopify at all.
Oh, and good luck talking to someone from support at all! They closed every single support channel!
