Hi, is it possible to link more than 1 Instagram account to 1 shop on Shopify? I have put 3 product categories all in to one shop on Shopify, but they have individual Instagram accounts, which I need to connect to the shop so I can tag and sell product on Instagram. Is this possible? Thanks 🙂

Fabulous and thank you for such a quick response Moeed.
Hey @Rosie12
Shopify allows you to connect one Instagram account to one Shopify store. This means that you can only link one Instagram account to your Shopify store to enable product tagging and selling on Instagram. Unfortunately, it is not possible to link multiple Instagram accounts to one shop on Shopify directly through their built-in features. Keep in mind that platform features and integrations may change over time, so I recommend checking Shopify's official documentation or contacting their support for the most up-to-date information regarding Instagram account linking and product tagging.
If I managed to help you then, don't forget to Like it and Mark it as Solution!

Hi,
I don’t know if you still need this, but I hope this may help you. I’ve just connected both my Instagram account to my shopify store. Instagram allows this as long your accounts are managed under the same business manager and the business is verified.
First, I connect both my Instagram account in the same Meta Business Suite account. Make sure this account has “admin” permission to both accounts, 3 in your case.
Then go to Shopify, in the section where you manage Instagram and Facebook, add your second account on the settings, then go back to Meta Business Suite to verify your business domain. I use the option add a meta tag (I copy the meta text then put on Shopify website <head>. In this case, your shop in another account is still hidden.
Once your business domain is verified, manage your new shop on Business Suite, choose in the setting if you want to add the products manually or automatically. Then publish. You wait for Facebook reviewing your shop. And you’ll get an email when your shop is live to public.
I couldn’t find any tutorial for this, but luckily I managed to connect it. I hope this helps you. 😊
idk why I can’t paste links here, nor the screenshot to show the info I found from Instagram. 😅
Good luck!
Thank you so much!! I’ve been scouring the Internet and finding all kinds of crazy answers and apps. I knew there had to be a simpler way. This was so helpful! 🤗
