How much does a professional Shopify store manager cost per month?

Hello again guys !

I asked a question on here about 2 weeks ago, but now I have an additional question. I paid someone to build me a Shopify store which she did. But I did not activate it for 3 months. Because before going into Shopify, I thought I would have time to manage it, but with the numbers of hours I have to put in at my job, I had no time left to manage.

So I asked the person who built if if she could manage it and paid her a month in advance, but I see she is not doing any work, so I deleted her from my dashboard and now my question is:

"How much would it cost me per month to find have a store manager, someone who could add & delete products and handle placings ads?"
