How much does a typical Shopify Expert cost?

My Business name and products have been used by another store and Shopify alerted me to this through an email last week. Since then I have registered my business name with ASIC but now I need to hire a Shopify Expert to provide me with a trademark license code. This code will be linked to my certificate to ensure my brand remains unique and protected on the Shopify platform.

Implementing the trademark license code requires specialized technical expertise. And they will connect me with a certified expert who will assist me with the technical setup and help optimize my store for success. 

When I asked Admin how much the technical Expert would cost me I received no answer. So I was hoping someone on here could point me in the direction of a ballpark figure. 

I am only starting out on here as a new business owner and have made very few if any sales.  This Expert sounds expensive and it seems that the person who stole my business name and products may still be out there reaping in my rewards.
