I would like to know more about how you're communicating with your clients and if I could help you in any way
If possible, it'd be great if you could answer a few questions:

  1. How many clients/day you have?

  2. How many clients/day want to communicate with you(either via chat or email)

  3. Do you have a live chat? If so, does it help you improve overall conversions?

  4. How many repetitive questions you get/day? How much time do you spend answering to them?

  5. Do you use any automations within your chat, outsource it to anyone or do it yourself?
