How They are showing each single product as Variant inside one product?

Hi, Can anyone tell me how this product page was made? https://www.geturns.com/products/adult-embrace-charcoal-butterfly

Which app did they use? How they made the group of all of the products. I can understand they are using 3rd party app. but which one? 

As i can see each variation is a single product but how they are showing like it's a variant? Shopify Variant url does not change. But this website variant url changed. 

SO please if anyone knows how to do this please let me know.
