How to access Server Logs?

How to access Server Logs?

Hi everyone!

We work with multiple Shopify stores as an agency and we have been having lots of issues by not being able to access Server Logs for SEO and Ads purposes.

We also do Woocommerce and other platforms and we can easily access the server logs because we have access to the server of course.

Is there any way to access Server Logs on Shopify that anyone can share?

Even if it's something in between like Cloudflare, or another CDN management that can help, that'd be super amazing and helpful!

The biggest pain we have is that we are in the dark regarding server logs, if some ads are failing to be served, or some pages failing to be rendered, or there's issues with Googlebot crawl activity, we are completely in the dark 😞

Thank you so much for the time and help on this!

We've been using Google Search Console and other external tools, but nothing beats having direct access to server logs for tracking Ads and SEO performance.

Honestly, I've tried everything and still can't get detailed server logs. It feels like we're blind when troubleshooting.

I've had similar struggles. The inability to access server logs means I can't fully diagnose issues with my Shopify store. It's frustrating.

If Shopify could give us just basic access to server logs, we could solve so many problems faster. It's frustrating relying on third-party tools that don't provide enough detail.

For SEO purposes, the lack of access to server logs is a major issue 100% agree!

It's definitely a challenge without server logs 😥
We've had to use external services, but they never give the level of detail needed to fix issues quickly.
