How to add a link to an image in the multicolum block without a label

I would like to add links to these three images in my multicolumn block without adding a label so that they will link to specific collections when clicked. Is this possible? If so, what is the code?

No. The screenshot I attached was taken off a theme of mine that isn't live. Though I would like the same thing to happen to my image banner on the home page of my current site. It is a single image banner, I would like it to link to a collection.

So the requirement is to make image banner clikable? Am i right? If yes, this requires custom development which will require time, I will not be able to help right now. However i will be working on it on my free time and let you know once complete.

Hi, just letting you know I no longer need the custom development. I was able to get this working. I have another question if you can help me with. I have applied some code that allows me to have a different banner image on desktop and mobile. But the mobile view has added white space to the top of the image. Do you know how to remove it?
