How to add a NEW Product Option in Shopify.

I have a Basic Shopify Plan. In the Product Option section, I can choose only four predefined options. These are Size, Color, Material, and Style. It is not possible to change these "Option Names". Shopify also does not allow me to add a new Option name. 

 I understand that Shopify does not allow to select more than 3 option per product but there should be a way to add more Option Names in Shopify directly without an App.

If you are using a dawn theme then you can add meta fields.

Does it mean that it is not possible to change default Options, and also, it is not possible to add new Options in Shopify?
