How to add a product sku heading to a customer import

Looking for a way to add a product sku in the csv file import to automatically import the customer and create an order for that sku.

Currently, our customers send us their gift list with names, address for us to send the a product.  We can import that list just fine and create a customer segment, but is there a way to add a product sku so we don't have to create an order for each customer manually?
