How to add an icon or image in my description

I cant seem to add a small icon in front of this text "How to measure your area".... i had to make that text a page because I could not add a link in the product description and when i edit the page title i cant put a icon in it.

Is the text comes from theme setting?  And on products description it’s possible to add a link!

the text is coming from page title i created. there was no option to put link in the product desciption so i could also add a icon image.

Actually, you can add link in page description, click on 3 dots and you will see option for this

See that clip icon, it is used to link the text in shopify page description.
