There are different features per theme. This block can be a theme feature that they are currently using, or they edited their theme code in order to achieve this. You might want to reach out to your theme developer and see if they can edit out your theme code to have these blocks or explore Shopify theme store to check if there are any similar themes that Shopify offers.
