How to add different product type to same listing on shopify

I am trying to add two different product types (crew and v-neck) with same design under the one listing, so that the consumer has the option to choose either crew neck or v-neck. I am using a 3rd party Print-on-demand.

Any suggestions??

Each product can have only one product type. You can add multiple tags instead and show them as options on the storefront.
