How to add/edit text below Order Confirmed at Thank you/Order confirmation Page

Hi,

I need help. I previously managed to edit the text under 'Order Confirmed' a month ago. However, I need to edit it and I cant seem to figure out how I managed to change it in the first place! 

I have attached the screenshot below.

Im not sure of the context on what text you want to add/edit. But as an alternative I have an app that lets you add a message to this page that you can put right below this text https://apps.shopify.com/checkoutplus and do some other customizations that is available on all Shopify plans.

Hi, I am aware of this app. However, my current budget does not allkw me to purchase paid apps.
