How to add horizontal line on top and bottom of blog post title?

Hello

I am interesting to add 2 line (<hr>) one above the blog post title and one below...but i can not find the right template and place to add...does anyone knows how to do this?

Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file
4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag.

<style>
h1.article-template__title {
    border-bottom: 1px solid black;
    border-top: 1px solid black;
}
</style>

You are awesome but i want to add a HEX color and not just black?

You can replace the word "black" with any hex code you want and the color will be applied onto that line then!
