How to add reviews under payment icons in header?

I'm trying to get the three reivews under the payment options like this, i have tried a lot of built-in apps but none of them seems to produce the same result.

Any helps or suggestions would be appriciated.

Hopefully, I can help! Do you have a link to the site that the screenshot references?

An option you may or may not have tried is Klaviyo. Although they are mostly known for their email services, they also provide reviews that are pretty flexible within the theme. The reviews can also link to their email flows/automations allowing for simple, hands-off collections.

Hi Mka333,

No problem. It appears they are using Klaviyo for reviews and likely email campaigns. If viewing on Chrome, I right-clicked, clicked inspect, and searched for "reviews" and "klaviyo," which showed in the code. Additionally, this Chrome extension allows users to see what apps a Shopify Store is using - Shopify App Detector. 

Note - they may stylize the reviews to make it look a certain way, but they are using 100% Klaviyo.
