How to add surcharge based on payment type eg Afterpay

How to add surcharge based on payment type 

Eg

Afterpay would be 8% 

Zipmoney would be 3.3% 

there are so many pay later apps with high fees I would love too add to the wesbite but i cannot find any solution for the chargers
