How to add Video/Gif into multirow without ruining video quality

I'm using the debutify theme in shopify. I'm trying to add a gif into a multirow column on the product page but if I do it as an image it destroys the quality. is there anyway to insert a mp4 video with high quality?

Nothing, i haven't changed anything yet. it still loads and looks fine when I load the website I'm not sure why it looks like that for you
