How to adjust alignment of various sections and headings in Dawn theme

Hello everyone, I need to be able to adjust the alignment on the header text from the default left to center or right. How can I do that? I'm using Dawn theme, no extra coding. I am happy to add CSS code in the theme editor or theme files with some direction.  

As well, there are section titles like the blog posts section that are aligned left while other sections are centered. How can I center that heading as well. "blog posts".
