How to adjust default paper size in Order printer

We desperately need to adjust the default paper size in Order printer from Letter to European standard A4. Right now we have to adjust that manually each time we print a package slip or invoice. It's frustrating. Does anyone know a proper solution ?  There must be a simple way to do that, isn't it?

This is an accepted solution.

Succeeded in changing the default paper size on my Macs though the CUP setting.

Started terminal. Once in Terminal, pasted (Ctrl + V)  ‘cupsctl WebInterface=yes’ and hit Enter., opening the possibility to open the Cups-settings

Then, when into the browser, typing  http://localhost:631/printers/ to see my installed printer(s), being able to change the defaulkt paper size, and it works fine.

If you're using Shopify's Order Printer app, you can adjust the default paper size by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Order Printer app in your Shopify admin.
  2. Click on the template you want to adjust.
  3. Go to the "Design" section.
  4. Scroll down to the "Page size" option and select "A4" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Save your changes.

This will set the default page size for the selected template to A4, so you won't have to manually adjust it each time you print a package slip or invoice.

If you're still having trouble, you can reach out to the support team of the Order Printer app for further assistance

Thanks a lot. All I can do with my templates is Edit the Html/liquid. There's no such thing as a scrollable Design button. I contacted the support team, Hopefully they can help me out.
