All things Shopify and commerce
We are trying to set a new B2B store. We applied plugin B2B/ Wholesale Solution for step pricing (set net prices based on quantity). So far so good. How can we apply additional discount on the order level, say 5% if the value exceeds 5,000 (net value, mind you, not the gross value!).
The discount value below is wrong, it should be 5% of the net value THB 7,510.
Right order amount be 7,510.00 less discount 5% (375.50) = 7,134.50
For some reason the discount is applied BEFORE the net calculation it seems and it is not deduced anyway.
We use B2B/ Wholesale Solution plugin. The shop is otherwise "blank".
Hi @Frank_Query
Did you find a solution for this, if not you can try the Discount Depot App(https://apps.shopify.com/custom-pricing-shipping). You can set the step pricing (set net prices based on quantity) and then apply the additional discount of 5% if the value exceeds 5,000. But as per Shopify, we can only apply a single discount on the checkout so, you need to set the net price based on quantity and then set the Cart Goal functionality of say 25% off if the value exceeds 5,000, in this case, the discount with a higher price will be applied to the checkout. So we need to set the cart goal with a higher % discount to compensate for the quantity-based discount.
