I am trying to make an online purchase and use shop pay for installments, o have had a shop account for a long time, but as soon as I go to put in my email it says "too many attempts, try again later" when all I'm doing is putting in my email. How do I get past this so I can complete my purchase?

I will just need to gather a bit more information before I can dig deeper into this for you. Have you tried on a different browser or device? If not, I recommend doing that as well as clearing your cache/cookies and browser data to create a new connection. Please let me know if that works for you or not.
