How to calculate shipping rates for dropshipping in Europe?

Hello. i'm totally new to dropshipping and Shopify. I have no idea how to calculate shipping rates, shipping, taxes etc.. Is there any app that can be helpful or maybe a tutorial? I want to ship products to Poland from Europe.

My second question is about sPocket. Is this app worthy of using or is there any other better app doing similar thing? Does sPocket like apps automatically order products and ship them to the customers? I'm really glad for every tip and help ❤️

And what about shipping? I must add DHL UPS etc. manually or it can somehow be done automatically?
