How to cancel a Shopify store when unable to access email?

unfortunately i have top cancel an old store. i cannot for the life of my log in to the store. i have tried to enter my details by using storename.myshopify.com/admin however it asks my to sign in but it then prompts that i have to enter code sent to email. i can no longer sign into that email address and i cannot cancel subscription on that account

Welcome to the Shopify Community. Sorry to hear you're having troubles logging into your account in order to cancel your store. As well, sorry to hear you'll need to close your store. Is there anything we can help you with to keep your store up and running? If not, I understand that various circumstances can lead to needing to close, and I'm happy to explain how to do so! 

Since your no longer able to access the email address you used to sign up for the account, and therefore cannot login to your account, you'll need to reach out to our Support team directly in order to get your store closed. To do this, you can follow our Contact Support link, click "Continue without logging in", search what you require help with (close store), and look for the option to Continue to get Support.
