How to change old store name appearing in welcome emails?

Hey there, so I changed the name of my store. But I initially had a different store name, the one I opened shopify initially with. I've changed everything, the domain and everything under store details. But for some reason my old store name pops up in the welcome email and I ordered a sample product for printful and printful emailed me with my old email. So that worries me that my customer will see my old store name when I email them. Can someone help with this?

Here is a few things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:

• Double-check your store details: Go to "Settings" > "General" in your Shopify admin and make sure that your new store name is entered correctly in the "Store details" section. If it is not, update it and save your changes.
• Update your email templates: Go to "Settings" > "Notifications" in your Shopify admin and click on each notification email that you want to update. Make sure that your new store name is included in the email subject line and body, and that any references to your old store name have been removed. Click "Save" to save your changes.
• Check your domain: Make sure that your new store name is reflected in your domain name. If you recently changed your domain name, it may take some time for the changes to propagate across the internet. In the meantime, you can use the temporary domain provided by Shopify to test that your new store name is displaying correctly.

Thank you so much for replying! So I will show you where is shows up on the packaging and see if you can tell me where it needs to be changed. I have changed all the things you’ve mentioned unfortunately. It says happy heart toys but the name of my store is surrendered soul apparel hence the logo. I appreciate your help!
