How to change the category filter value?

Hi!

I need some help changing the standard category filter values. I have set up Apparel categories for T-Shirts, Sweaters and Hoodies. When I use Search & Discovery to add this as a filter in my shop, it looks like it's auto-translating to Dutch (which is fine) but it has changed Hoodies to 'Hoody's' (which is NOT fine).

Does anyone know where to edit this?
