How to Change the Formatting of description section in Product page?

In my website product section, the product description(A) above add to cart button cannot be formatted since it contains the same information under below tab "Product highlight"(B) section. This data comes from the product page itself. The data which is entered in the product section is posted under "Product highlight"(B) section as well as in the short description(A) section above add to cart. 

I have removed the truncate limit in code but the description paragraph is without any formatting. (Check the formatting of the same paragraph in product highlight section and short description section.)

Section Marked "A" is the short description section & marked "B" is the product highlight section.
